Pineapple Mama Smoothie

Ingredients:
• 16 ounces ice
• 1/2 cup Plain Evolve kefir
• 3/4 cup diced pineapple
• 2 tablespoons honey
Directions
Add the ice to the blender pitcher. Combine the Evolve Kefir, pineapple, and honey in a bowl and then add to the blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
Peachy Kefir Ice Cream with Ginger Crumbles

Ingredients:
• 1 1/3 cups Peach Evolve Kefir
• 1/3 cup Light Agave Syrup
• 2 T Honey
• 1 cup Sliced Peaches (peeled, fresh or previously frozen)
• 2 t Lemon Juice
• 1/4 t Vanilla Extract
• Dash Cinnamon
• Splash Limoncello (optional)
• Pinch Salt
• 1/2 cup Crushed Ginger Cookies
Directions
In a medium bowl, mix everything except the peaches and the crushed cookies. Whisk together briskly until combined. Next add in sliced peaches and mix to combine.
Pour mixture into your ice cream maker and follow instructions to operate the machine. Once the mixture starts to firm up in the machine, add in the crushed ginger cookies. When mixture has firmed up completely, transfer to a freezer safe container and freeze until hardened. 30 minutes - 2 hours, depending on your patience!
Serve with ginger cookies on top. Yield: 2-6 servings.
Cold Avocado and Evolve Kefir Soup

Ingredients:
• 1 small avocado
• ¼ tbsp diced red onion
• 1-2 tbsp. lemon juice
• 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
• 6 ½ oz Plain Evolve Kefir
• ½ tsp. of red pepper flakes
• Salt, pepper to taste
Directions:
- Combine all the ingredients in a food processor.
- Process until smooth.
- Add more Evolve Kefir if the soup is too thick.
- Add more lemon juice if kefir is not acidic enough.
Cool Evolve Kefir Dressing
Ingredients:
2 cups Plain Evolve Kefir
1 heaping tbs. fresh parsley, chopped
1 heaping tbs. fresh chives, minced
1 heaping tbs. fresh lemon zest, finely chopped
1 heaping tbs. fresh garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. Herbamare
1/2 tsp. xanthan gum
Directions:
Combine all ingredients (except xanthan gum) and blend.
Slowly add xanthan gum and continue to blend until mixture thickens.
Full flavor will develop after 6 to 8 hours.
Lemon Evolve Kefir Soup
This soup is quick, easy, healthy and delicious. Your taste buds, your family and your colon will thank you.
Ingredients:
1-2 quarts homemade or prepackaged organic, free range chicken broth
1-2 lemons
Small handful of wild rice (entirely optional)
One large, boneless chicken breast (diced)
One medium sweet or regular onion (diced)
Shitake mushrooms (diced)
One clove garlic, minced
Plain Evolve Kefir
Directions:
First sauté the onions and mushrooms, then add chicken broth. If using wild rice in the recipe, then add it here and let it simmer for a good 45 minutes (without the wild rice this soup is quickly prepared.) Bring the broth to a light boil. Add garlic. Add diced chicken breast and cook/lightly boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add Evolve Kefir to desired creamy consistency. Squeeze in juice of about one lemon per serving.
